An investigation for intentional destruction by fire has been entrusted to the police station of the 20th arrondissement of Paris, following two separate fires observed «several tens of meters apart» in Paris and Saint-Mandé, in Val-de-Marne, near the Hypercacher at Porte de Vincennes, confirms the prosecutor’s office to France 3 Paris Île-de-France this Thursday. The incidents occurred on Wednesday night to Thursday, around 2 a.m.

The Paris Fire Brigade intervened to extinguish the fire. The facade of the store was blackened following the fire.

The Paris Fire Brigade intervened to extinguish the fire.
Suite à l’incendie, la façade du commerce a été noircie. Selon Ici Paris Île-de-France, il s’agit d’un feu de poubelles qui a été rapidement maîtrisé, sans propagation des flammes.
Le feu a eu lieu vers 2 heures du matin. Lors de la prise d’otages survenue dans le commerce le 9 janvier 2015, après l’attentat contre Charlie Hebdo, quatre personnes de confession juive avaient été tuées. Des cérémonies d’hommages ont été organisées en janvier dernier.
Les pompiers sont intervenus dans la nuit de mercredi à jeudi pour un feu de poubelles devant la supérette. Le parquet de Paris a ouvert une enquête pour dégradation volontaire par incendie.
