The Tour de France 2025 made its entry into Paris this Sunday, July 27. First, it was the advertising caravan that kicked off shortly after 4 pm, after Quai d’Issy. Followed by the passage of the leading racers at 6 pm.
Two events of this final stage that attracted a lot of people.
Cyril and his wife Cathy, both 34, came with their three children. This mission manager from Val-d’Oise wanted to see the passage of the cycling race and the caravan. «It reminds me of my childhood memories when I saw lots of vehicles with totems on top, distributing goodies. I think it’s nice to show this to our children and at the same time show them, even though it will be very quick, the few cyclists,» enthuses this 34-year-old man from the Alps.
Enthusiasm and impatience that his wife also shares. «It’s a bit of excitement, even with my daughters who are already quite excited. Then, we are also excited to see the caravan and the cyclists,» explains this SNCF employee.
Cathy and Cyril came with their children to witness the passage of the Tour de France caravan and then the racers.

A little further, Hugo is also waiting for this passage with his friends Pierre and Anissa. Wearing the volunteer jersey from the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, there was no way for him to miss this event. «I have always followed the Tour de France. When I was younger, I had all summer vacations free and I watched this race all day. I have also gone to see it several times, especially in the Alps,» explains this 25-year-old lawyer.
