Le parquet de Créteil a requis 18 mois d’emprisonnementavec sursis à l’encontre des deux policiers. Ils sont poursuivis pour avoir percuté volontairement un motard avec leur voiture de police sur l’autoroute A4 dans le Val-de-Marne le 14 octobre dernier.
Le 14 octobre, les deux policiers ont été filmés, gyrophares allumés, percutant un motard au niveau de Charenton-le-Pont (Val-de-Marne). La voiture de police roulait à vive allure sur la voie la plus à gauche de l’autoroute A4, tandis que le motard était sur la voie du milieu. Le motard de 37 ans a été percuté, mais n’est pas tombé, selon les images d’une vidéo largement partagée sur les réseaux sociaux.
Le conducteur de la moto a porté plainte contre X à l’Inspection générale de la police nationale (IGPN) pour «tentative de meurtre par personne dépositaire de l’autorité publique avec arme par destination».
Dans ses réquisitions, le parquet a demandé aussi deux ans d’interdiction de porter une arme, un an d’interdiction d’exercer une fonction publique, avec exécution provisoire. Selon le ministère public, cette affaire «porte atteinte gravement à la confiance que les citoyens ont en la police».
L’avocat d’un des deux policiers, Maître Jérôme Andrei, a demandé dans sa plaidoirie la requalification des faits en blessures involontaires. «Je suis tout à fait conscient que j’aurais pu lui enlever la vie, acte involontaire«, a assuré l’un des policiers devant le tribunal, rapporte franceinfo sur place.
De son côté, Maître Arié Halimi, l’avocat du motard a regretté à notre micro que ce dossier n’ait pas été «un dossier de tentative d’homicide, voire d’assassinat«. Selon lui, il n’y a pas eu d’erreur de conduite.
La décision sera rendue le 18 décembre prochain.

In the prosecutor’s requisitions, they also requested a two-year ban on carrying a weapon, a one-year ban on holding a public office, with provisional execution. According to the prosecution, this case «seriously undermines the trust that citizens have in the police.»
The lawyer for one of the police officers, Master Jérôme Andrei, requested in his plea to reclassify the facts as involuntary injuries. «I am fully aware that I could have taken his life, an involuntary act,» assured one of the officers in court, as reported by franceinfo on-site.
On the other hand, Master Arié Halimi, the motorcyclist’s lawyer, regretted on our microphone that this case was not «a case of attempted homicide, or even murder.» According to him, there was no driving error.
