Une femme a été retrouvée morte dans son appartement situé à Courbevoie, dans les Hauts-de-Seine. Son compagnon, connu comme auteur de violences conjugales selon une source policière, a été interpellé et placé en garde à vue.
Après la découverte du corps de sa compagne dans l’appartement de cette dernière, un homme a été placé en garde à vue samedi à Courbevoie, indique l’AFP de source policière. Selon les premiers éléments de l’enquête, les policiers, appelés par un tiers, ont découvert en milieu de journée le corps de la femme en état de décomposition avancée.
Son compagnon, connu comme squatteur et auteur de violences conjugales selon la source policière, a déclaré qu’elle avait fait une crise il y a plusieurs semaines et restait depuis allongée au sol. Après les premières constatations des services de police, l’homme a été interpellé puis placé en garde à vue.
Aucune source interrogée par l’AFP n’est en mesure d’estimer ni le temps écoulé depuis la mort de la femme, son compagnon ayant évoqué trois jours puis plusieurs semaines, ni la cause de son décès. Selon la même source policière, la police judiciaire a été saisie par le parquet de Nanterre.
En 2024, 107 femmes ont été tuées par leur conjoint ou ex-conjoint en France. Un chiffre en hausse de 11% sur un an, selon les dernières données du ministère de l’Intérieur.
