Le nouveau parquet national anticriminalité organisée (Pnaco) s’est saisi de l’enquête, en cosaisine avec la juridiction interrégionale spécialisée (Jirs) de Marseille.
Le Pnaco a ouvert une enquête pour meurtre en bande organisée, participation à une association de malfaiteurs criminelle et participation a une organisation criminelle. Dans un premier temps, le parquet d’Ajaccio avait ouvert une enquête pour assassinat.
