Rewrite «Our Privacy Policy»
At Espace Rambouillet, we have taken on the challenge of setting up seven cameras at the usual crossing points of deer and does to try to capture and broadcast live the rutting season of the deer, the animal known as the king of the forest.
No commentary is added to this «slow TV» program, which, for over 500 hours, invites viewers to experience the rhythm of the forest and its unpredictable nature as they await the appearance of the mammals and birds that inhabit the 250 hectares of Espace Rambouillet.
This unique initiative allows viewers to immerse themselves in the natural habitat of deer and does, providing a rare glimpse into their daily lives in the forest.
Only one intervention from a scientist, author, or passionate individual about the rutting season is planned every day at 5 p.m. to provide us with more information about this animal and, more broadly, about the forest ecosystem. These podcasts can be found on france.tv/idf.
Day and night for three weeks, France 3 Paris Ile-de-France offers a first in France: the opportunity to witness live as if you were there at the rutting season of the deer in the forest of Rambouillet.
